The attack appeared “accidental” and a single suspect believed to be acting alone was taken into custody without police shooting, O’Shea added.

The identity of the victim and the suspect has not yet been disclosed. However, local media reports said several “teenagers” were somehow involved in the incident.

Police ordered residents to stay away from the scene, saying that the shooter “is still an active situation and the officers continue to evacuate” while in custody.
