Decide dismisses lawsuit over Indiana’s Lake Michigan seashores | Illinois Information

Christopher Keizer, an attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation, the California-based property law firm that represents the plaintiffs, did not immediately say whether an appeal would be filed.

“We are disappointed with the decision. Together with our customers we think about our next steps, ”said Keizer.
